Brian Buffon

Born and raised in Ventura, Brian grew up in the church, but it wasn't until the end of high school that he made the decision to give his life to Jesus.

From a young age, Brian developed a penchant for creativity, expressed through art, music and design. After graduating from Brooks Institute in 2008, he spent 10 years as the Creative Director for an international ministry organization while also working as a freelance graphic designer and videographer.

Brian is deeply passionate about the connection between creative expression and the Gospel. “At its core, all creativity is storytelling, and what excites me most is exploring how to use art, music and design to tell the best story—the story of creation and redemption through Jesus.”

At Reality, Brian oversees the music ministry of the church and regularly leads worship on Sundays. Additionally, he spearheads the visual creative direction of the church across all ministries and oversees our media and technical teams.

Brian lives in east Ventura with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys good coffee, ramen, and diving for lobsters in the ocean.
